Frequently Asked Questions

Where Are You located?

We are located at:

311 Lennon Lane, Suite A, Walnut Creek, CA 94596

Located in Shadelands with free, easy parking.

From Lennon Lane, take the third driveway on the left, at the sign that says 301-325 Lennon Lane. Proceed to the back of the parking lot to your left until you see a residential fence and the entrance to Peak Performance Float, Inc.

Do I Need To Bring Anything?

We provide showers, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, spa sandals, robes, towels, hair dryers, make up remover, ear plugs, and optional head / neck support pillow. Most people find it comfortable to allow their arms to float naturally by their sides without a head / neck support pillow. There is no need to bring a swim suit or swim cap. This would take away from the floating experience.

Is There Anything I need To Do To Prepare For My Float?

Avoid floating within at least one week of coloring or treating your hair, avoid shaving or waxing one to two days before floating, avoid floating if you have any open wounds, avoid floating if you are menstruating, avoid floating within at least one week of receiving a tattoo.

Should I Eat Before I Float?

Avoid caffeine before floating and try to eat a small meal / snack two hours prior to floating so you do not hear your stomach growl during your float:)
