How FLoat THERAPY works
Complete sensory relaxation – Relief from gravity, light and sound allowing your body to float effortlessly (like a cork!) on top of a bed of Epsom Salt water solution that is 10” deep. The water is skin temperature and you are so relaxed that you lose track of where your body ends and the water begins. When you take an Epsom salt bath at home, you use one to two cups of Epsom Salt. Each tank has 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt – relief at a new level!

How light therapy works
Light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near infrared light to activate various intra-cellular metabolic pathways leading to increased ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production, enhanced cellular signaling, and elevated protein synthesis. Expect to feel energized after your light therapy session!
